Principles for processing personal data of natural persons from the contact form

Within the meaning of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the controller is obliged to provide the data subject with information in connection with the processing of his or her personal data.

In order for us to process your personal data listed in the consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of dealing with the suggestions and questions you send us via the contact form, we need your consent to the processing of personal data, which you give us by ticking the checkbox. Consent is valid indefinitely and may be withdrawn in writing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent granted before its withdrawal.

Providing your consent is completely voluntary, but unless you provide it, we will not be able to communicate with you about the message sent.

The personal data provided will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making and will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
